Founded in 1992, Nayah Enterprise is a leading Malaysian plywood manufacturer, specializing in durable, high-quality tropical hardwood plywood.
Their products, including door panels, Milano door knobs, door frames, melamine plywood, and digital locks, are used in furniture, construction, and lamination. With outlets in Sibu, Kuching, and Kuala Lumpur, Nayah plans to expand to Kota Kinabalu in 2025.

Since May 2024, Nayah has partnered with SOL Digital to strengthen its online presence, boost sales, and engage with its audience across multiple platforms. By leveraging platforms such as WhatsApp and social media ads, Nayah has aimed to achieve broader recognition while driving increased engagement and conversions.
As a result, Nayah successfully expanded its reach to over 330k in just three months. With an average of 50 - 100 inquiries per month, Nayah has consistently sold around 100 units each month.

Despite their strong reputation, Nayah faces several challenges in their digital marketing efforts. One significant issue is limited awareness on social media, with few people recognising their brand online. This lack of visibility hampers their ability to build a strong and engaged audience.

Another challenge is insufficient product education. Many customers may be unaware of the different types of doors that Nayah offers, thus making informed decisions more challenging.

To address these challenges, SOL Digital implemented targeted strategies to boost Nayah’s digital presence, engagement, and inquiries. We experimented with various advertisement creatives and identified that clean, minimalist visuals focusing on key features, such as door frames and digital locks, resonated most with the audience.
In addition to advertisements, SOL Digital prioritized educational content on social media. Posts explaining topics like why termites are attracted to wooden doors not only built awareness but also helped inform and engage customers.
