SÓL Estate, a premium and luxurious landed home development, is strategically located at Arang Road West in Kuching, Sarawak. Developed by the Exal Group, this project features 269 bespoke Semi D & terrace units embodying the concept of 'Aspirational Living,' spread across three phases of launches.
Having a solid presence in Perth, Western Australia, the Exal Group brings over 25 years of collective experience in real estate and SÓL Estate is their first project in Kuching, Sarawak.

As the Exal Group's maiden project, SÓL Estate was their first venture into the Malaysian market from August 2022 onwards after predominantly focusing on projects in Perth, Australia. Since then, SÓL Estate have collaborated with SOL Digital for their social media advertisements.
This collaboration significantly contributed to the expansion of SÓL Estate's social media presence, accumulating 2.1k Facebook page likes, over 900 Instagram followers, and securing more than 1k Meta lead form submissions.
Furthermore, there is an average of 40-100 WhatsApp leads monthly and over 300 website form submissions. As a result of these social media advertisements, SÓL Estate Phase 1 achieved an impressive 85% booking rate, with all Semi-D units being fully sold out within 11 months.
Besides Facebook and Instagram, SÓL Estate has also expanded its presence to the Google and TikTok platforms in the last 2 years, leading to a high number of website visits and online enquiries.

Being a newcomer in the property market of Sarawak and Malaysia, Exal Group encounters challenges with the awareness of the SÓL Estate project as their maiden project in the country.
Another difficulty for Exal Group is SÓL Estate is priced higher than many other properties in the local market. To tackle this, SOL Digital supports SÓL Estate by highlighting its special features and value, aiming to make potential buyers see it as a good investment despite the higher cost compared to other available properties.
