Since 2023, Sunfert Kuching has engaged with SOL Digital to improve social engagement and boost appointment bookings, with the goal of enhancing their social media presence and driving sales. Following the successful outcomes, they extended their collaboration to include the social media pages of Sunfert headquarters in Bangsar South and Ipoh branches.

With the support of Facebook advertisements, the three social media pages of Sunfert have successfully increased their Facebook followers by over 20,000 and gained more than 400 likes in three months, significantly enhancing their online popularity.
Furthermore, Sunfert's advertisements have generated over 350 inquiries and reached an audience of more than 300,000 through Facebook Messenger. These advertisements played a crucial role in generating over 100 appointment visits to Sunfert's fertility centres from May 2023 to December 2023.

Advertising Sunfert's social media pages encounters a challenge due to limited awareness about fertility, especially in Kuching and Ipoh, where these capital cities have smaller populations compared to Kuala Lumpur. Moreover, individuals in these areas appear to be more reserved about fertility matters compared to those in Kuala Lumpur.
Sunfert is also facing another challenge due to increased competition in West Malaysia, resulting in difficulties in securing appointment visits to their fertility centres. The increased number of competitors in the region has intensified the competitive landscape, posing challenges for Sunfert in both attracting and retaining potential clients seeking fertility services.

The ad creatives also contribute to raising awareness by showcasing a variety of content on Sunfert's social media platforms, including educational posts, reels and more.
